Product Information
Molecular Weight: 547.53
Formula: C28H24F3N7O2
Purity: ≥98%
CAS#: 839706-07-9
Solubility: DMSO up to 50 mM
Chemical Name: N-[3-[1,4-Dihydro-1-methyl-7-[(6-methyl-3-pyridinyl)amino]-2-oxopyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl]-4-methylphenyl]-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide
Storage: Powder: 4oC 1 year. DMSO: 4oC 3 month; -20oC 1 year.

Biological Activity:

GNF-7 is a potent, selective and bioavailable Ras signaling inhibitor. It inhibits Ack1 and germinal center kinase (GCK). It can suppress proliferation, and induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in leukemia cells harboring NRAS mutations. In vivo GNF-7 showed good efficacy in a xenotransplantation model and activity against primary AML patient samples.

How to Use:

In vitro:
GNF-7 was used at 1 µM final concentration in vitro and in cellular assays.
In vivo: GNF-7 was orally dosed to MOLT-3 xenotransplantation model at 7.5-15 mg/Kg once a day.
