How to use
In Vitro:
7-Methoxyisoflavone is an isoflavone derivative and also an activator of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK). When serum-starved cells are treated with 10 % FBS in the presence of 7-methoxyisoflavone, the serum-induced decrease in AMPK phosphorylation is prevented.
