Isoliquiritigenin is a SIRT activator, GABA to-A receptor positive modulator, and inhibitor of NMDA receptors, VEGFR2, and HDACs. It increases Nrf2 expression, downregulates expression of COX-2 and PLA2 , and induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells.
