How to use
In Vitro:
NSC-207895 (0.5 μM, 30 min), a MDM2 inhibitor, upregulates p53 protein levels. NSC-207895, MDMX inhibitor, downregulates the expression of MDMX in AML cells at the mRNA and protein levels.
