How to use
In Vitro:
SKF96067 inhibits K+-stimulated ATPase activity competitively with respect to the activating action K+, with a Ki value of 0.39 ± 0.05 μM. SKF96067 also inhibits hydrogen ion transport. SKF96067 inhibits ATPase activity with an IC50 value of 60 ± 10 μM at pH 7.0, in the presence of 100 mM NaCl and 1 mM KCl.
