How to use
In Vitro:
β3-AR agonist 2 (Compound 26e) is found to be potent and selective at the β3 receptor, nearly completely abolishes intrinsic activity at either the β1 or β2 receptor.
In Vivo:
β3-AR agonist 2 (Compound 26e) has significant thermogenesis effects on human β3-adrenergic receptor transgenic mice. β3-AR agonist 2 acts as a potential drug for the treatment of human obesity and type II diabetes.
