How to use

In Vitro:

(R)-(4′-Hydroxy)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-chromanone has an GI50 value of 35.8 µM on proliferation of human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRECs). (R)-(4′-Hydroxy)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-chromanone (10 µM, 30 µM, and 100 µM; 8 hours) significantly decreases HRECs overall tubule formation and in a dose-dependent manner.
