How to use
In Vivo:
Zalunfiban dihydrochloride (1~3.86 mg/kg; s.c.; 24 hours) makes platelet aggregation performed. Zalunfiban dihydrochloride (1~3.86 mg/kg; i.m.; 4.5 hours) leads to the onset of high-grade inhibition of platelet aggregation within 15–30 minutes that lasts from ~2 to >4.5 hours in a dose dependent manner.
