How to use
In Vitro:
CP-96486 (CP-96,486) antagonizes 3H-LTD4 binding to guinea pig lung membranes and 3H-PAF binding to rabbit platelets with Ki's of 20 and 24 nM respectively.
In Vivo:
CP-96486 (CP-96,486) inhibits iv LTD4- and iv PAF-induced bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs with ED50's of 0.27 and 0.26 mg/kg p.o. respectively.
